Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao arrived in Yangon on Wednesday, kicking off a two-day official visit to Myanmar, which is the last leg of his current four-nation Asian tour.

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao's four-nation Asia tour, which took him to South Korea, Japan, Mongolia and Myanmar and a tripartite summit of China, South Korea and Japan, was fruitful and widely applauded, Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi said Thursday.

Visiting Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao said here Thursday that the consensus and agreements China reached with Myanmar during his visit marked a step forward in the development of relations between the two countries.
Border Railways to End bottleneck on China-Mongolia Trade
At least two railways will cross north China's East Ujimqin Plain in Inner Mongolia to break a bottleneck on trade across the China-Mongolia border in the next two years.
