Lateral Cooperation

Since the policy of inland open city was practiced in Guiyang, there have been more economic technology cooperation and communication in and out of the province. The economic technology cooperation has developed from the cooperation of goods and material and technology to the cooperation in fund, technology, competent personnel, management and information.  According to some incomplete statistics, 1,154 cooperation projects with the other provinces have been implemented inviting 7.03 billion yuan , of which, in 1999,125 projects have the investment of more than 2.67 billion yuan and 1.49 billion yuan actually used.
