Shanghai: Energy-Saving "Prescriptions" Available Online

The "Shanghai Energy Efficiency Diagnosis Online" website officially launched on Sunday to kick off Shanghai's energy-saving campaign.

Shanghai citizens and enterprises can submit details of their energy consumption habits to the website.

Experts will then provide analysis and advice on energy-saving measures from the responses, in essence writing "energy-saving prescriptions."

Also on Sunday, an expo on resource-saving began at the Shanghai International Exhibition Center. The expo features 150 enterprises exhibiting nearly 1,000 kinds of energy-saving products in the construction and transportation sectors.
