Bao Xishun, who is dubbed the world's tallest living person, finished his formal wedding ceremony in Inner Mongolia on Thursday.
Making his happy occasion even more dramatic, however, the tallest man met on the following day a home guest who is less than a third of his height.
He Pingping, 20, is just 73 cm, or about 2.4 feet tall and has applied to Guinness World Records to be recognized as the planet's shortest person.
Born in China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, where is also the hometown to Bao Xishun, He Pingping was only the size of an adult's palm at birth, according to his father He Yun. |
