An exhibition of Czech national costumes from the Czech National Museum's collections comes to Beijing.
More than 100 costume-related objects are being displayed, as well as 40 photographs showing the clothes being worn during leisure time, farm work, holiday celebrations, religious activities, wedding ceremonies and other occasions.
Founded in 1818, the Czech National Museum is a synthetic art palace full of cultural relics, fine arts, palaeontological and geological finds.
