Popular Taiwanese actress Angela Chang adopted a hot look to promote a brand of spicy food on Monday.

In a short red dress with full open back, Angela said she was always ready to face a challenge and that the backless dress marked a breakthrough since she entered the entertainment industry. Angela claimed she felt refreshed with her new look and felt more mature.

Angela interacted with the audience while presenting a hot recipe show to help promote the food brand.

Angela Chang was nominated for the 43rd Taiwan Golden Bell Best Actress award earlier this month. She says the nomination means recognition of her performances. However, she won't be present at the award ceremony on October 31 due to a prior overseas commercial commitment. Chang said she would scream in front of the TV if she won the award.

Chang also expressed regret over the release of a photo at the beginning of October in which she was snapped without makeup looking pale and tired.
