China's most famous actress Zhang Ziyi has proved her universal charisma by winning a "You Bring Charm to the World" award on Saturday.
The 28-year-old, who is best known for her performances in several Hollywood blockbusters including "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon," was honored for being a two-time Oscar awards presenter and a judge at last year's Cannes Film Festival.
"Tiger" director Ang Lee was also a winner for his "Best Director" Oscar for "Brokeback Mountain."
The "You Bring Charm to the World" awards, presented at Peking University Hall in Beijing, were jointly sponsored by various media, including Phoenix TV, Baidu.com and Beijing Youth newspaper, to honor outstanding Chinese from a variety of fields.
