17 Days

17 days full of happiness and sadness, laughter and tears are now memories etched in my brain.

(By CRI Reporter Wei Xiangnan)

It was my first time to get so close to the Olympics. I witnessed Wang Meng jumping happily on the ice after winning the 5,000-meter short track race. It was a thrilling moment, as if I felt her happiness along with her. And I was deeply touched when I saw Han Xiaopeng hugging his Canadian coach as he made the biggest breakthrough for China in this winter Olympics. And I felt disappointment and sadness when I saw veteran skater Wang Manli shed heartbreaking tears after failing to win the gold.

Now I leave Turin and leave the Olympics, the most exciting 17 days one could expect.
