"I hope the Forum will focus 20% on science and 80% on individual life," said Liu Siqi, a professor at the Beijing Genomics Institute of the Chinese Academy of Science (CAS).
"The development of the biotech and pharmaceutical industries in China still lags far behind other countries,"said Sun Zhongsheng, the Director of Behavioral Genetics Center of the Institute of Psychology, CAS.
"Communicating with the masters not only benefits my academic knowledge, but also enlightens the mind," said Zhu Zhen, a researcher at the Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, CAS.
