German Coach to Help Cambodian National Volleyball Team for Disabled

German coach Christian Zepp will continue directing the Cambodian national volleyball team for disabled in the world championship in Bratislava of Slovakia in November, a press release from the German embassy here said Wednesday.

Zepp will be the head coach of the team during the championship.

In December 2007, Cambodia successfully organized the World Championship in Phnom Penh.

At that occasion, the Cambodian team under the guidance of Christian Zepp won bronze medal for the first time in its history.

Christian Zepp will arrive in Phnom Penh on Friday to join the Cambodian national team, the press release said.

He will accompany the team to Bratislava on Nov. 4 where the Cambodian national squad will try to achieve the ultimate goal of becoming this year's World Champion, it added.
