The Olympic torch relay ended on Saturday in Tianjin Municipality where 225 runners carried the Olympic flame through the downtown area.
A total of 191 torchbearers joined the first-day relay on Friday. The second-day relay started at Tianjin Olympic Center Stadium.
The 12-kilometer route covered six districts, including Heping, Hexi, Hedong, Hebei, Nankai and Hongqiao. It also passed by seven bridges over the Haihe River, the city's "mother river."
Wang Baoquan, the head coach of the Tianjin women's volleyball team, was the last torchbearer in the relay.
The torch will be carried through Sichuan Province on August 3-5.
