Chinese Zhu Hongyan, with four swimming world records under her name, hoped for more gold medals in her third Paralympic Games in Beijing in 2008.

The 31-year-old Zhu from Henan, who was classified for S12 swimming events, said in Kunming Wednesday that "the S12 events have been added from three to seven at the National Games for the Disabled. I'll try my best in all the events and hope to win more gold medals in the Beijing Paralympics."

Zhu who has already won four gold medals at the National Games for the Disabled so far, has reaped a combined total of nine gold medals from the previous two Paralympic Games.

The Chinese athlete made her international debut in a blind game in 1998, winning two gold medals with two world records. She had five titles at the Sydney Paralympics in 2000 and four gold and one silver medals four years later in Athens.
