Shanghai have extended their winning streak to two games at the domestic CBA league new season, thanks to a clutch-time shot from star guard Liu Wei.

Continuing his brilliant performance, Liu lead his team to victory by scoring 29 points in Tuesday night's match against the visiting Guangdong Dongguan.

When the final whistle blew, Shanghai beat Dongguan 111-110.

In another match on Tuesday night, the visiting Fujian SBS team scored a win over home team Zhejiang Guangxia, 107-92.

University League top scorer Yang Chao made a brilliant start to his professional league career, contributing 15 points and two assists to help Fujian overpower the hosts.
