We have lots of staff who started their careers in state-owned enterprises and went abroad and worked in multinational companies. After that, they came back to state-owned enterprises. Why? First, the company has great development prospects; second, the company has rich vitality and cohesion. Many retuning professionals would like to develop their career in such company not just for money but to realize their value as individuals.
I have no working experience in foreign firms. But I can assure you that recruiting people, the state-owned enterprise itself is very important. The job seeker will look at whether the enterprise is playing an important role in the national economy, whether it offers broad prospects for individuals and whether it can give vitality and inspiration to its employees. If the company can offer them a platform to use their talent and create a harmonious environment, I think most of the professionals returning from abroad will consider a senior position in it rather than focusing only on salary offers. The most attractive point here is that they can realize their value as a person in our company.
