Method: 方法 1. Rinse rice in a sieve under cool running water. Transfer to a medium saucepan with 3 1/2 cups water. Add zest of 1 lemon, cardamom, salt, and cinnamon. Cover; bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Cook, covered, until water evaporates, about 10 minutes. 把米放入筛子中,用冷流动水冲洗。取一只中等炖锅,放入3 1/2杯水。加入一只柠檬榨的调料,盐和肉桂。盖上盖子,开水煮。然后慢炖。大约10分钟后,水分完全被吸收。
2. Turn off the heat, and let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Use a fork to fluff the rice, and transfer to a serving platter; remove cardamom and cinnamon if desired, and sprinkle with remaining lemon zest. Serve immediately. 关火,依然盖上盖子静放5分钟。用叉子叉松米饭,放入一只大浅盘。如果需要的话可以挑出小豆蔻和肉桂枝,撒上剩余的柠檬汁即可食用。
