Film introduction:

Near the end of the Tang Dynasty, a lot of revolutionary factions cropped out for the corruption of the government. Among those organizations, the most famous one is called the House of Flying Daggers, which had gained most people's supports. For its existence had greatly intimidated the authority of the government, two police deputies Jin and Leo were sent to catch the new leader of the House of Flying Daggers within ten days.

Leo suspected that the Mei (Zhang), a blind dancer in the Peony Mill was the daughter of the former leader of the House of Flying Daggers. So he captured her by a trick and put her into the prison. At the same time, the two police deputies concocted another plot: Jin gained Mei's trust by saving her from capture secretly in the name of Wind Knight, and seek out the base of the House of Flying Daggers in order to annihilate it completely.

During their perilous journey, Jin took good care of Mei, and became attracted by her special temperament. The two gradually fell in love with each other. However, Jin don' know  all that Mei did was just to find out the murder of her father.

At the same time, the intangible danger was approaching towards them. With the development of the story, all evidences proved that the real murder of Mei's father is Jin. And Leo also had loved Mei for several years. They had to face all the knotty troubles in front of them.

In a snowy day, the government fought a decisive battle with the House of Flying Daggers. Leo couldn' gain Mei's love and killed her with great sorrow. 

Jin, Leo and Mei ,the three people , with deep love at the bottom of  each one' heart, why should there also be something fathomless inside their hearts?
