There are plenty of hotels with reasonable prices in the Huashan village.

If you plan to stay overnight, there are plenty of cheap hotels in Huashan village.

The Xiyue Hotel (Xiyue fandian), near Yuquan Temple, offers clean and reasonably priced accommodation.

Other options include the Kaiyue Hotel (Kaiyue dajiudian) or the Huashan Banking Hotel (Huashan jinrong binguan), the village's best. The Huashan Hotel (Huashan binguan) is also of good standard. These hotels are fairly easy to find, along the village's main street.

All the peaks also have basic accommodation. Just below the north peak, the Beifeng Hotel (Beifeng fandian) offer beds in eight person room for RMB45 and doubles with a bathroom for RMB220. On the west peak, for budget travelers there are several cheap hostels, and the mountain's most luxurious option, the Dianli Hotel (Dianli binguan), that does doubles with bath for around RMB500. Those who choose to stay the night might wish to get up for the sunsets through the sea of clouds. If this is your thing, then the East Peak Guesthouse (Dongfeng lushe) is probably your best option.

The cheaper hostels are all much of the same, and your interest may lie more in bargaining prices than in the room facilities. Many of these are very simple, without proper heating or hot water, so it would be wise to take along both warm clothing and a sleeping bag.
