Wimbledon Champion Maria Sharapova has been selected as one of the 100 celebrities by the Forbes magazine.

The Forbes chooses the top 100 according to the celebrity's earnings over the past 12 months. It also factors in popularity standards according to Internet presence, press clippings, magazine cover stories and mentioning on TV and radio.
Sharapova ranks the 57th place on the list, topping the standings of women's athletes.
She drew 830,000 netizens around the world and earned 18.2 million dollars last year to rank 62nd in richest celebrities.
The Russian blonde is the only Russian female among the top 100 celebrities.
American talk show queen Oprah Winfrey reigned supreme among celebrities, followed by golf star Tiger Woods. US director and actor Mel Gibson was the third.
