Syria offered on Monday a convoy of humanitarian aid to the Palestinians to support their struggle against Israel.
The convoy, the 11th presented by the Syrians, consisted of 400 tons of wheat and foodstuff and some clothes for students.
Ahmad Abdul Karima, chairman of the Syrian Arab Popular Committee for Supporting the Intifada and Fighting the Zionist Scheme said the aid is part of Syria's national stance and support for the Palestinian people who suffer under Israel's occupation.
Israel has evacuated all 21 settlements in the Gaza Strip and four in the northern West Bank last week, the first withdrawal from lands the Palestinians want for a state.
