The Palestinian National Authority and Palestinian factions have agreed to maintain recent calm with Israel until the end of this year provided that Israel stops its "aggression" on the Palestinian people.
The Palestinian factions made a statement entitled "Cairo Declaration" after a new round of inter-Palestinian dialogue.
The statement urges Israel to stop its aggression on the Palestinian people and lands and releases all prisoners and detainees.
The statement also agreed on completing comprehensive reforms in all sectors, supporting the democratic process with its different aspects and holding local and parliamentary elections as scheduled according to the elections law. (Photo Source: Reuters)
