Ministers at the World Trade Organization Mini-Ministerial meeting in China have reached consensus on issues such as market access, along with agriculture subsidies and tariff reductions.
During the meeting, ministers reiterated that the Doha development agenda should conclude before 2006.
 They also promised to work out the agenda for discussing agriculture and non-agricultural market access issues before the 6th WTO Ministerial Conference in Hong Kong this December.

Chinese minister of commerce Bo Xilai says the meeting's progress shows that global free trade progression in the choice of most WTO members.
Trade ministers from 30 WTO members, along with WTO Director-General Supachai Panitchpakdi, attended the two day meeting in Dalian, China.
