The treatment network, including designated hospitals, a clinic for voluntary consultations and examination, and a database on AIDS patients' medicine taking and treatment, will be put into operation by the end of this month.

An official from Henan Health Department said that on-the-spot treatment will be given to AIDS patients in the province, and all the doctors and nurses in the designated hospitals will be top-class and patient.

According to the China Daily, Henan Province now has 25,036 HIV/AIDS cases.
