The local public security bureau says that a hundred and ten suspects involved in the case have been arrested.

Four remain at large, five have escaped from detention, while 53 trafficked baby boys have been discovered.

The gang engaged in baby trafficking bought baby boys at the price ranging from 2,000 yuan or 240 US dollars to 4,000 yuan or 480 dollars, in Yanjin County in southwest China's Yunnan province, and hired ten women to send these babies to Changting.

The babies were sold at 15,000 yuan or 1,800 dollars to 18000 yuan or 2180 dollars.

The case is still under investigation.
