Valentine's Day - chocolates, red roses - and romantic movies!

Chinese romantic movie "Lover's Knot", starring Chinese heart throb Lu Yi and actress Zhao Wei is gearing up for a Valentine's Day release.

The romance film is touted as a modern day Chinese version of the Shakespeare classic Romeo and Juliet.

This silver screen pair also came out top of the ten candidate couples for most passionate pair in a survey in Beijing, which shows the most anticipated film due out for upcoming Valentine's Day.

Other six films, like Jasmine Woman, The Peacock and Beauty Ever are high on the list of young people's fervent favorites.
