Hollywood blockbuster 'Ladder 49' will hit Beijing's cinema screens tonight, which is Fire Fighting Day.

At the premiere of the film real firefighters will demonstrate firefighting appliances and rescue procedures.

Ladder 49, directed by Jay Russell, tells about a firefighter played by Joaquin Phoenix is trapped in a burning building, hoping and waiting to be rescued.
