Chinese mainland pop star Hu Bing's feature picture album is set to gloss the shelves later this month.

But to satisfy some of his most photo-obsessed fans, several sultry shots were released a little early.

But some sources suggest this is no ordinary album: though shooting finished in July this year, Hu Bing insisted on delaying the publication and editing the contents himself to ensure the final product was up to par.

Also, Mainland Vogue talent and socialite Zhan Yuxi has been asked to compose the album's preface.
