Chinese Pair Lead Short Program in Russia Skate

Zhang Dan and Zhang Hao took the first spot after the pairs' short program competition in the Cup of Russia.

This is the last stop of this season's ISU Figure Skating Grand Prix. The qualified skaters will join in the finals next month in Beijing.

Skating to the soundtrack of Beauty and the Beast, the Chinese duo, who have booked a position in the Beijing finals, skated beautifully to take first place, while home pair Julia Obertas and Sergei Slavnov came second, only 1.1 points behind.
