China's Ministry of Commerce is preparing for the lifting of textile quotas from next year.
The measures they will take include increasing export tariffs on some textile products, publicizing textile exports, and introducing risk alerts to prevent over- investment in the industry.

The government will also encourage enterprises to invest in research and development to become more competitive.

Talks with foreign governments will also be launched to resolve textile trade disputes.
