There are quite a few varieties, but the white mushroom is the best in color, smell, and taste.
It is large, umbrella-shaped, and plump.

You may stew it with vegetable, braise it in soy sauce, or put it in soup. Whichever way to cook it, it would add strong flavor to dish or soup. An edible fungus, it is better choice among other vegetables nutrition-wise.
