Facebook users are set to get more options beyond the fate of a Roman gladiator when it comes to other people's posts.

Product Design Director Julie Zhou says Facebook is adding new response options, including "haha", "angry," and three other choices to its "like" program.

ˇ°We're doing this because we've heard feedback from people over and over again that they wanted more ways to be expressive, because people share a variety of things on Facebook.ˇ±

Facebook has already been testing alternatives to "like" in about a half-dozen countries, including Ireland, Spain and Japan.

The company says the 7-year-old "like" button will continue to look the same.

All you have to do is hold it down for a couple of seconds to access the new options.
