Introduction

N i Hao America is a 60 second showcase of contemporary Chinese life.

What do you know about China? If the answer's pandas, rice paddies, and bicycles, or even the one child policy, 'Made in China', and the volatile Chinese stock market, then this series is for you. Because most of what we think we know about China is either out-of-date, too simplistic, or just plain wrong.

In humorous, informative, easily digestible 60 sound-blogs Ni Hao America puts you in the picture and brings you up-to-date about what modern China is really like.

Ni Hao America is brought to you by CBS in association with China Radio International.
