Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Dai Bingguo urges the delegations for the six-party talks to exercise a constructive attitude, and narrow their differences.

Speaking at a reception in Beijing Tuesday, Dai Bingguo said the international community is expecting the new round of talks to achieve progress.

He says as long as each party has the sincerity and patience, mutual confidence will be built, which can resolve the nuclear issue by peaceful means.

Delegations from North Korea, the US, South Korea, Japan and Russia have all arrived in Beijing for talks, which also include China, on Wednesday.(Xu Qinduo)
