    What are your specialties?
    Usually when eating in a Chinese restaurant we often ask the waiter or waitress "what are your specialties?" because there are many different types of restaurants.
    Food in various restaurants taste different, which may be attributed to the vasat region in China. For example, Sichuan food is very spicy and Shanghai dish tends to be sweet. So it's necessary to learn such expressions before ordering the dishes. For that you can say: : Ni3men you3 shen2me te4se4 cai4?
    Ni3men means you.
    you3, to have.
    shen2me, what.
    te4se4, special.
    cai4, dish.
